Is be.ENERGISED compatible with my charging station model?
The platform is compatible with almost all Europe in the available charging stations, and we guarantee the compatibility of any of the new stations of the models, using OCPP 1.2, 1.5, 1.6, and 2.01 protocols.
What is be.ENERGISED Community and why should I activate it?
The Community is free of charge the software product that enables Your station to the network to be made available to the other countries in the e-car drivers with a variety of EMSP applications, and RFID cards. This ensures your stations are visible in popular EV navigation apps and directories.
What billing models are available?
The tariff management system allows you to flexibly define individual tariffs and billing models. You can create rates based on the time consumption of the charging time, or in combination. The system allows you to set the date and time when payment is charged, and when charging is free.
Do I retain full control over my customer data?
Yes, it is. All of the platform-managed data belongs to You. You manage all customer relationship processes. So, we make sure that everything is running smoothly, Your customer is just in Your hands.
